To start your reservation, provide the details for your event and select your event date below. Reservable facility capacities range from 50 to 250 guests. Insurance is required if you plan to serve alcohol.

Proof of insurance is required for shelter rentals where alcohol is a planned part of your event.

Special Events & Reservations Information

Please Note: Your reservation is not valid until you have provided proof of insurance meeting Spokane County's minimum insurance requirements AND that proof of insurance has been reviewed and approved by Spokane County's Risk Management Department.

If you do not satisfy these conditions of your reservation, you may be asked to vacate your rental and relinquish any potential refunds.
