To cancel a 2021 reservation, enter your complete confirmation number and your email address below.
Your confirmation number is located at the top left of your reservation invoice. If you reserved your site online or by phone, a copy will have been sent to the email address provided. It is also included on the printer-friendly screen receipt if you reserved your site online.
The first part of the number starts with 154 and is 9 digits long. The second part, separated from the first by a dash, is 6 or 7 digits long.
This number, combined with your email address, is used to find your reservation in the San Juan County system.
A valid email address is required to cancel your reservation online.
Enter the email address that you provided with your original reservation, whether online or by phone.
Email addresses are not case sensitive but they must match your reservation exactly.
You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email at this same address.

The $9 reservation fee is non-refundable. Cancellation 30 days or more from arrival will incur a cancel fee of 25% of the total of your original reservation, less the reservation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days, but prior to 3 days, from arrival will incur a cancel fee of 50% of the total.
Within 3 days of arrival, all fees become non-refundable - though we offer good Karma for letting us know so that we can offer your unused site to first-come, first-served travelers.
Only online reservations, or reservations made using a credit card and valid email address can be cancelled online. Please call the office at (360) 378-8420 for assistance with other types of transactions.
